Editing or Deleting Patients
Popularis provides straightforward options to edit or delete patient records, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Editing Patient Information
To update a patient's details:
- Go to the Patients app and open the desired patient's file.
- Click "Edit" at the top, modify any field, and save your changes.
Deleting Patients
Individual Deletion:
- In the patient's file, click "Edit," then "Delete" at the top. Confirm to delete.
Bulk Deletion:
- Use the Checkbox button above the patient list for multi-select. Choose patients and click the deletion option that appears. Confirm to delete multiple records at once.
Recovering Deleted Patients
Viewing Deleted Patients:
- Access the "Deleted Patients" folder from the left bar to see and manage deleted records.
Restoring Patients:
- Individual Restore: Select the patient and use the restore option to reinstate their record.
- Bulk Restore: Use the multi-select feature within the "Deleted Patients" folder to select and recover multiple patients simultaneously.
