In Popularis, clinics play a crucial role in organizing patient information and facilitating patient intake. Accessing and managing clinics is straightforward within the Popularis system, primarily through the Patients app. This guide provides a step-by-step approach to navigating to clinics, creating a new clinic, and managing existing ones.
Accessing Clinics
To access the Clinics interface:
- Navigate to the Patients app.
- On the top left of the screen, locate and click on the "Clinics" button. This action opens the Clinics menu.
Within the Clinics menu, you'll see a list of already created clinics. Selecting one of these clinics will filter and display only the patients associated with the selected clinic, providing a focused view of the patient list.
Creating a Clinic
To create a new clinic:
- Go to the Clinics menu by clicking the "Clinics" button in the Patients app.
- Click on the "Create Clinic" option.
- Enter the desired name for your clinic.
- Choose a unique URL name that is available, which will be used for patient data intake.
- Select the required fields for the clinic's patient intake form, including address, phone number, insurance information, and a picture of the insurance card.
Once the clinic is successfully created, it will appear in the table within the Clinics menu and on the side of the Patients app. From there, users can select the clinic to view or manage its patients.
Clinic Link and QR Code
In the Clinics menu, obtaining a link for patient intake or sharing purposes is made easy:
- You can copy the link to the clinic directly from the table by clicking on the "Copy Link" option.
- Alternatively, clicking on the QR code icon will download the QR code, providing a quick and convenient way to share access to the clinic.
Editing and Deleting Clinics
Management of clinics is flexible, allowing for edits and deletions as needed:
- To edit a clinic's details, find the clinic in the Clinics menu and select the option to edit. You can update information such as the clinic's name, URL, and required fields.
- To delete a clinic, simply select the delete option for the clinic you wish to remove. This action will remove the clinic from the system.
Adding Patient Information to Clinics
Adding patient information to a specific clinic is seamless:
- Select the desired clinic from the list on the left side of the Patients app.
- Add a patient by clicking the "Add Patient" button or use the "Batch Upload" button to add multiple patients at once.
This functionality ensures that patients are correctly associated with their respective clinics, streamlining the intake process and organization of patient data.
