The Activities menu offers a comprehensive overview of all actions taken within the Patients app, providing a historical record of interactions, updates, and additions. Accessing the Activities Menu

  1. Locate the Activities Button: In the Patients app, look for the button featuring a clock with a rewind arrow, situated to the left of the "Add Patient" and "Batch Upload" buttons. This icon symbolizes the ability to look back at past activities.
  2. Enter the Activities Menu: By pressing this button, you'll be directed to the Activities menu. Here, you'll find a list of all activities related to patient management within the app.

Types of Activities Tracked

The Activities menu records various actions, including but not limited to:

  • Add Patient: Reflects the addition of a new patient to the system.
  • Intake Patient Added: Indicates a patient added through the intake process.
  • Batch Patients Uploaded: Shows when a batch upload of patients has occurred.
  • Clinics Created: Marks the creation of a new clinic.
  • Medical History: Logs updates or additions to a patient's medical history.
  • New Note: Records the creation of new notes within a patient's file.
  • New Encounter: Denotes the logging of a new patient encounter.
  • File Added: Captures instances of new files being added to a patient's records.
  • Zoom Scheduled: Tracks scheduled Zoom meetings with patients.
  • Flag Added: Highlights when a flag has been added to a patient's profile.

Filtering Activities

  • Using the Filter Button: Within the Activities menu, a filter button allows you to refine the displayed activities based on specific criteria. This functionality is invaluable for focusing on particular types of actions or looking for activities within a certain timeframe.
  • Direct Access: For most activities, except for batch uploads and clinic creations, you have the option to directly go to the patient's profile involved in the activity. This direct link simplifies the process of reviewing detailed patient information or making further updates.
